I'm feeling down
From time to time, i'm get a little down, maybe even a little depressed. Maybe i'm feeling overwhelmed, or feel bad because i'm not doing well with my goals. There are many reasons for feeling down, and I’m not qualified to discuss all of them, their implications, or clinical treatment. What i can talk about are some things that have worked for me. I know i should be doing something, but i just don’t feel like doing anything. I'm just pretending anything gonna be alright, yea i think that gonna be work but the reality isn't like that. Everything gonna be okay, i hope so.
I think it's very healthy to spend time alone.
Because i'm a thinker not a talker.
