"Let's just stay friends....." = Never talk again

Fact. Why do people say these things, “let’s just stay friends” or “let’s just be friends” but then, they will never talk to that person again. They will never say hi, or will never give a smile. It effin’ hurts. But still, we need to accept and, carry on. He/she's just a boy/girl, not everything. You can get better! Just go with the flow.
